The listmasters at Forbes have unveiled this year’s 500 Most Expensive Zip Codes in America, with a few East End contenders taking the top spots. Too Many Maples may have star quality, but its star-owner, Richard Gere, has to wait to sell a house just like the rest of us. Since putting this Water Mill house on the market earlier this year for $8.8 million, he and wife, actress Carey Lowell, have lowered the asking price to $7.2 million.
