At the final week of the Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at Blue Star Jets Field were music and fashion mogul Russell Simmons and Real Housewives of New York City’s Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel. The season began on Saturday, July 18th and continued for six consecutive Saturdays, ending Saturday, August 22nd. Black Watch competed against White Birch on Saturday, August 22, 2009. Season partners included: Mercedes-Benz, Diamond Teak, Piaget, Blue Star Jets, Coca-Cola, Stoli Elit, Riva Yachts, illy issimo, and Rose’s Mojito Cocktail Mix. A portion of proceeds from the Mercedes-Benz Bridgehampton Polo Challenge benefited the South Fork Breast Cancer Coalition.
