CassWorld on the Scene: Marriage in the Hamptons

cass-may-22-093I was on a date with a beautiful 24-year-old Swedish woman in marketing who just moved into the city from the Hamptons. She got married a couple of years ago and was living in Southampton while her husband, a musician, traveled and had an apartment in the city. Because his schedule was unpredictable and he was traveling all the time they just couldn’t build a life together and she soon found evidence of him cheating on her. After two years of bad marriage mixed with only seasonal summer friends she decided to separate from him and move back to NYC. She’s a bit angry at where she is in life and that it’s such a pain to get divorced.  She now believes that marriage is designed to keep people in unhappy relationships. Is this true?

So you date married women who b.s you about their bad marriage to justify screwing around. Cool. Youre a douche.
