Stephen Talkhouse owns the live music scene in the Hamptons. This is where your college band would have loved to play. If you are in the mood for a kickback crowd, hit the nightclub named for a Native American known for his 25-50-mile daily walks around Montauk, East Hampton and Sag Harbor. And the club pays him due homage. There are portraits of him everywhere, including a 6-foot-tall one surrounded with little white lights behind the stage. Walls are covered with former acts and also semi-nude photos of female models. Don’t worry, ladies, the women’s restroom is plastered with semi-nude men. There are two pool tables in the back. Billy Joel and Paul McCartney have hit the stage. We already saw Tamarama this summer and we’ve marked our calendars for Joan Osborne July 4.
To27 Tip: Don’t let the Stephen Talkhouse Restaurant sign fool you. The club does not sell food but there are a couple places to eat (including a pizza-slice place) walking distance and you can bring food in.
Anywhere from $10 - $100, generally $25 past 9 p.m. on weekends

Oh yes, yes you do! The women’s restroom is worth a trip in itself
Love the concept of Stephen Talkhouse, the story is so charming!
